Warwick also offers the HEFP,
a one-year intensive access course especially designed for
international students whose qualifications do not equip
them for direct entry to UK universities. It has an excellent
record for preparing students for full degree programmes
in Business Studies, Science and Engineering, Social Science
and Law at a wide variety of top UK universities.
The HEFP is taught in colleges near the University of Warwick
and students are provided with accommodation nearby.

The HEFP at the University of Warwick
was my stepping stoneto the university in the United
Kingdom. It is a very structured course designed for
students from overseas to help them to join a top
ranking university. The course is taught by university
tutors who are specially qualified and individually
assit each student from settling in to making sure
they get into the university of their choice . The
foundation course provides a great bridge socially
and academically between school life and university.
It was an important year for myself full of memorable
experiances that helped me settle into a new country
. It is how a year lost : looking back I can see how
it has given me a competative advantage over other
students who have just joined university for the first
time. I would recommend it to anyone contemplating
a degree in the UK.
Vivek is
pursuing a Bsc accounting & Finance degree at
